1. Order Processing Time
- •Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- •Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Charges
- •Standard Shipping: Applicable on orders below ₹2,000.
- •Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹2,000.

3. Delivery Time & Estimates
Estimated delivery times depend on your shipping destination:
* Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or public holidays.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package directly using the tracking link provided.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
- •Please provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- •If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- •If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave a pickup notice.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Figures Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, courier strikes, or government regulations.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. If you receive a damaged product, refer to our Refund Policy and provide video proof of unboxing.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship exclusively within India.
