At Figures Lab, we do not offer general returns or replacements. Returns are only accepted under specific qualifying conditions detailed below.
Eligible Conditions for Return
Returns and refunds are accepted strictly under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Item
Product received has manufacturing defects or structural damage during transit.
Wrong Item Delivered
The item received does not match the product ordered.
Continuous Unboxing Video
A clear, uncut video starting before package opening showing damage or wrong item.
48-Hour Reporting Window
Issue must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- 1Record Unboxing VideoRecord a continuous, uncut video showing the sealed shipping box, opening of package, and the damage or defect.
- 2Send Email to SupportEmail us at hello@figureslab.in with your Order ID, explanation, and unboxing video attached or linked.
- 3Claim Verification & RefundOur team will inspect the proof and process your refund within 5–7 business days after approval.
